YOGA INSTRUCTOR 

Sue Lynn Chong has over thirteen years of yoga training and will be offering private individual or group yoga sessions at Core1Health.  The yoga styles and schools she has trained in include Hatha, Iyengar, Bikram, Yin, Suspension, Yoga Tune Up, M.E.L.T, Kripalu, Isha, Annamalai University, Master Yoga and Ayurveda workshops.  Her approach is to combine gentle yoga with the art of self-massage to achieve self-awareness, mobility, flexibility, strength, stress release and overall well-being – All so essential for support through life’s many challenges and transitions.
